Join us for a nourishing 2-hour special event on December 24th, 10-12 at our studio in Gothenburg! This session is all about relaxation, connecting with yourself and slowing down. It starts with relaxing breathing techniques, we continue with a gentle dynamic yoga flow and finish with 30 minutes yin yoga followed by a a guided savasana. Welcome!

Pregnancy YOGA
A 10 week course designed to support expectant mothers throughout this special journey. Whether you're new to yoga or experienced this course offers a calming supportive environment. A 5 week course designed to deepen your understanding of yoga postures through a focus on technique, alignment, and safety. Together, we'll refine how you execute postures to make your practice more intentional, effective and injury-free. You'll learn to deconstruct key postures in Sun Salutations, standing postures, forward bending asanas, backbends and twists.
